The Design and Technology curriculum at Meopham Community Academy aims to encourage all children to use their creativity and imagination to design and make products. Design and Technology promotes thinking creatively to solve real and relevant problems within a variety of contexts, considering their own and others’ needs, wants and values both as individuals and collaboratively.
Our ambitious Design and Technology curriculum includes; textiles, electronics, food, mechanics and structures. Children are encouraged to build their resilience and find solutions for the challenges they face!
