A visit from the RNLI

Today the RNLI education volunteers team visited our school and spoke to KS1 and KS2 in assembly.

They talked about how to stay safe on the beach and in the sea, what to do in an emergency and explained what the different signs and flags that you would see on a beach mean.

The children had an opportunity to dress-up as lifeboat rescue crew members and ask questions all about staying safe at the seaside
