Parent Questionnaire

Here at Meopham Community Academy, I very much value the relationship we have with you as parents and like to seek your views and feedback of the school, in order to keep improving the work that we do and the learning opportunities and experiences we provide for your children. At the recent parent consultation appointments, many of you completed our school questionnaire and I would like to thank you for your comments and feedback, it really does support us in understanding what we do well and also highlights any areas for improvement.

For those of you who did not complete a survey, and wishing to do so, please find a link below to the survey form. It is a very short survey and I would really appreciate you spending five minutes of your time completing it in order that we can collate as many parent responses as possible. Please complete and return by either sending in with your child or placing your completed surveys in a box which has been placed in the main entrance within school.

Please ensure that all completed questionnaires are returned by Friday 9th December 2016. After this date, the responses will be collated and outcomes will be shared with you all.

I would also like to draw your attention to Parent View and ask that as many of you as possible, spend a further 5 minutes of your time completing a similar survey online via the Ofsted website. Parent View asks parents and carers to give their views on 12 aspects of their child’s school, ranging from the quality of teaching, to how well the school deals with bullying and poor behaviour. The school’s results are available on Parent View when a minimum of 10 responses has been reached. At the end of the academic year the results are ‘frozen’ for that year and a new set of results will begin.

To register and complete a submission on the Parent View website, users must initially enter an email address and confirm that they are a parent or carer. They then have to follow simple on-screen instructions before completing registration. An email is then sent to the specified email address with a link to validate and activate the log-in. On verification, users then select a secure password for their account. These measures are in place to prevent site misuse. Please use the link below to access the Parent View survey.
